HIRING MACHINISTS IN THE FORT COLLINS AREAJob DescriptionAs a Machinist, you will be working in a high volume, low mix production environment.
You will be working on a wide array of equipment including 2-axis lathes, conventional 3-axis mills, 4 & 5-axis horizontal/vertical mills, and wire EDM.
You will be responsible for machining different varieties of 160 different types of parts, running 2 machines at a time once fully trained.
Inspecting your own parts as they come out of the machine, setting up, and making minor machine control edits will also be part of your daily tasks.
Required SkillsCNC machiningMill or lathe experienceGD&T experienceExperience working off of blueprints and schematicsSelf-inspectionMachine setupMinor machine control editsPay & Shift$25 - $28/hour based on experienceFirst shift: 5:00 am- 2:30 pm (9 hours) when overtime is required and 6:00 am-2:30 pm (8 hours) for regular schedule without OTSecond shift:
2:30 pm-12:00 am (9 hours) when overtime is needed and 2:30 pm-11:00 am (8 hours) for regular expected hours.
