- 3+ years of experience in a SAFe environment

Key Role:
Provide expertise and leadership for agile sof tware development projects and teams. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Mentor and supervise team members. Lead and facilitate ART events, including PI planning, System Demo, and Inspect and Adapt workshops. Coordinate and collaborate with multiple Agile teams, stakeholders, and customers to ensure strategic alignment and delivery of user value. Facilitate effective communication, collaboration, and alignment across teams and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with SAFe practices and processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on improving the flow of work and eliminating waste.
Manage program risks, dependencies, and issues. Develop and maintain program metrics and reporting, and track program progress and performance. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.Basic Qualifications:

The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193, annualized USD).The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
