    R SAFe Release Train Engineer

    Key Role:
    Provide expertise and leadership for agile sof tware development projects and teams. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Mentor and supervise team members. Lead and facilitate ART events, including PI planning, System Demo, and Inspect and Adapt workshops. Coordinate and collaborate with multiple Agile teams, stakeholders, and customers to ensure strategic alignment and delivery of user value. Facilitate effective communication, collaboration, and alignment across teams and stakeholders.

    Ensure compliance with SAFe practices and processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on improving the flow of work and eliminating waste.

    Manage program risks, dependencies, and issues. Develop and maintain program metrics and reporting, and track program progress and performance. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.


    Basic Qualifications:
    * 5+ years of experience in Agile and Lean practices

    • 3+ years of experience in a SAFe environment
    • Experience in program management, with a track record of delivering complex programs and projects
    • Experience with Agile PM tools such as Jira or Gitlab
    • Knowledge of SAFe principles, practices, and processes


    • Secret clearance

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Certified SAFe Release Train Engineer ( RTE )

    Certification Additional Qualifications:

    • Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
    • Experience with Agile at scale frameworks
    • Experience with Agile coaching and mentoring
    • Knowledge of sof tware development and DevSecOps practices
    • Knowledge of Agile metrics and reporting
    • Possession of strong facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills
    • Possession of strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
    • Possession of strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; Secret clearance is required

    Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

    The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193, annualized USD).

    The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
