Job Summary:
Maserati of Puente Hills seeks a reliable and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Lot Attendant/Porter.

This full-time temp to perm position is located in City of Industry, California and offers a competitive salary of $17 to $19 per hour, paid semimonthly.

As a Lot Attendant/Porter, you will be vital in delivering exceptional customer service by ensuring the lot is organized, clean, and well-maintained.

This individual contributor role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a passion for providing a positive customer experience.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary range of $17 to $19 per hour based on experience, paid semimonthly

Responsibilities:


  • Maintain the appearance of the lot by ensuring vehicles are properly parked, organized, and clean
  • Inspect vehicles for damage and report any issues to the appropriate departments
  • Move and park vehicles as needed to maximize lot space
  • Keep showroom vehicles clean and presentable
  • Assist sales and service departments in delivering vehicles to customers
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers and coworkers
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
