The University of Miami Health System is looking for an Otologist ENT to join the team at the new Sole Mia location.
Essential Job Functions:
The Otology ENT should be skilled in conducting thorough examinations. Responsibilities include handling a wide range of cases, from initial consultations to follow-up appointments, providing care to patients with Otology issues. This care encompasses various tasks such as initial assessments, preoperative evaluations, postoperative check-ups, and new consultations from neighboring clinics. The role also involves performing common office-based procedures related to Otology. Additionally, there is an expectation to independently manage a clinic in an outreach location within UMMG.
UHealth - University of Miami Health System, backed by the cutting-edge research from the University of Miami Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine, emphasizes top-notch teaching. Therefore, the chosen candidate will be responsible for engaging in didactic teaching sessions for medical students, residents, and fellows. This includes actively participating in seminars, educational talks, and supervising students and residents involved in direct patient care. Moreover, as a faculty member, active involvement in meetings, Grand Rounds, and various scholarly activities is expected.
