Our client, CLAAS in Bad Saulgau, is currently looking for a 3D Routing / Wiring Development Engineer (m/f/d) to join their team.

The "Wire Harness & Lightning" department is responsible for the development of electrical wiring systems and lighting components for forage harvesters, attachments, and self-propelled forage harvesters. This includes the design of wiring harnesses and their management from concept development to series production and maintenance of harvesting machines. Tasks include creating circuit diagrams, 3D design/physical installation, drawing creation, definition and technical support of electrical components, and design and technical support of lighting components.

Independent conception and development of wiring systems: definition of wiring layout and mounting concept
Creation of corresponding 3D models in CAD (Catia V6)
Coordination of assembly requirements and installation tests
Coordination of technical tasks with suppliers
