- Position is for 1st shift, hours approximately 8:00am-5:00pm
- Provide direct care services.
- Supervise consumers and provide therapeutic activities during crisis or disruption.
- Offer behavioral redirection and training.
- Strong background in behavior analysis.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care.
- Ability to work independently.
- Cultural competence.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience working with children who have behavioral diagnoses and their families required.
- Child Mental Health Qualified Professional preferred.
- Access to reliable transportation adhering to all NC Division of Motor Vehicle laws (current vehicle registration, vehicle insurance, and driver's license) required.
