As part of the SOLINA GROUP, we support meat processing companies and the food industry both domestically and internationally. We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time HR Payroll & Admin Officer to join our team at Bonadelle Ranchos. This position is permanent. Your responsibilities will include preparing, executing, and finalizing payroll for two subsidiary companies with approximately 160 employees. You will also be responsible for creating certificates, reports, ad-hoc evaluations, and statistics, as well as corresponding with social security agencies, authorities, health insurance companies, and tax authorities. You will work closely with our external payroll service provider and finance department to assist with monthly and year-end closing activities, as well as audits. Other duties include maintaining employee data and systems, providing support for time management, and assisting employees with social security and tax-related inquiries in collaboration with the HR team. You will also actively participate in special tasks and HR projects.

Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training with additional qualifications in payroll or a comparable qualification
  • Work experience in payroll with a strong understanding of social security and tax laws
  • Independent, self-motivated, and precise work ethic
