Maintaining all Safety Standards under the direction of Director of Food Services

Knowledge of Tilt Skillet, Steamer, Oven and other Commercial kitchen equipment

Ability to produce meals to scale, serving up to 400 meals at a time

High School Diploma or Equivalent

At least 5 years Food Service and 2 years Supervisory Experience

Serv-Safe Manager Certification

Driver's License

Possess and promote a drug, nicotine free lifestyle
