Position Overview:


The Apparel Customer Service (Allocation) / Routing Coordinator at Withered Tree plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless order allocation and routing processes.

This position requires an individual with experience in the apparel industry, a strong customer service orientation, and impeccable attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the focal point for order allocation, working closely with production to track goods and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Communicate effectively with buyers regarding order status and any relevant updates.
  • Collaborate closely with the receiving team to coordinate allocation efforts.
  • Perform order allocation (picking) tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a general understanding of routing portals, with the willingness to undergo training for further proficiency.

Required Qualifications:


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the apparel industry.
  • Proficiency in nonEDI customer service operations, with a focus on domestic processes.
  • Familiarity with WMS systems, preferably AIMS, Blue Cherry, Full Circle, or PAS.
  • Experience with Full Circle order processing, including entry, picking (allocation), invoicing, and RMA/CRM.
  • Knowledge of guidelines for retailers such as Ross, Burl, Bealls, or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver toplevel customer service.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications (Non-required):


  • Understanding of import/full package processes.
  • AIMS 360 certification.
  • Experience with Amazon FBA operations.
