The starting base pay for this position starts at $65, $85,000.00 per year plus an opportunity to earn commission pay.

Qualifications:

At least one year experience in
KBB

  • Ability to work in Tenafly, NJ 07670 or relocate before starting work
  • Automotive appraisal experience required with proven track record.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Extremely organized.
  • Prompt and courteous demeanor.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Selfmotivated to exceed expectations.
  • Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities:

Assisting the Sales Department achieve their Sales goals by:

  • 5 day work week, including Holiday's and Saturdays.
  • Variable schedule.
  • Promptly responding to and following up with customer inquiries via phone and internet.
  • Identify customer needs
  • Conduct preowned appraisals under KBB guidelines with clients.
  • Follow up with customer after their visit
  • Participate in team and process development sessions keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
  • Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
  • Prompt and courteous demeanor
  • Participate in team and process development sessions keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
