- Managing and developing a designated customer base in the tourism and/or hotel industry.
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through regular visits, consulting meetings, and creating offers.
- Identifying sales potential and developing sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Negotiating contract terms and creating offers in collaboration with other departments.
- Monitoring the market and analyzing customer needs to derive recommendations for action.
- Experience in sales, preferably in the tourism and/or hotel industry.
- Demonstrable success in building and maintaining customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
- Negotiation skills and assertiveness.
- Knowledge of the tourism and/or hotel industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken.
