"The German Railway is one of the most diverse employers in Germany. Every year, we are looking for over 5,000 apprentices in 50 professions who want to become even better with us.

Starting on September 1st, 2024, we are looking for you for a 3-year apprenticeship as a Dispatcher / Traffic Service Clerk (m/f/d) for DB Regio AG and S-Bahn at our location in Munich. The vocational school is also located in Munich.
What to expect in your apprenticeship:

You will become familiar with railway operations and the key role you will play as a dispatcher in the system
Basics of customer consultation and support, marketing, and project management
Knowledge of travel offers, service and safety provisions, line networks, traffic contracts, and penalty clauses
Handling disruptions in operations and initiating appropriate countermeasures
You will ensure that the impact of deviations in operations is minimized and our customers reach their destination safely and as punctually as possible, even in the event of disruptions

Your profile:

You have successfully completed (or will soon complete) at least a middle school education
You consider your knowledge of the German language to be good in both spoken and written form
You remain calm and maintain an overview even in difficult
