The administrative assistant will assist with the day-to-day operations, keeping the office organized and running smoothly.

We are looking for an individual who pays attention to detail and excellent time management skills to accomplish tasks efficiently and to the highest possible standard.


What You Will Do:


  • Welcome, document, and direct visitors and clients.
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate the maintenance of office equipment.
  • Stock/order office snacks and coordinate catered food of the week.
  • Create purchase orders for office and departmental requirements.
  • Administer office keycards.
  • Receive and distribute office mail.
  • Schedule and organize appointments.
  • Set up rooms for meetings, orientations, and events.
  • Help coordinate, plan, and facilitate employee events: employee birthdays, anniversaries, and employee surveys.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What You Need to Be Successful:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 13 years experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Extensive knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Ability to operate general office equipment.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
