Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Programmer to join our team. As a Programmer, you will be responsible for creating and modifying CNC programs for our milling machines and lathes.

This is a crucial role in our manufacturing process, as you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our production.

Duties:

• Develop and modify CNC programs using CAM programming software
• Set up and operate milling machines and lathes to produce precision parts
• Utilize tools such as micrometers and calipers to measure and inspect finished products
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Conduct tooling changes and adjustments as necessary
• Troubleshoot programming or machine errors to ensure smooth operations
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance

Requirements:

• Proficient in programming languages
• Fanuc
• Strong knowledge of geometry and blueprint reading
• Experience with CAD software, preferably CATIA
• Familiarity with milling machines, lathes, and other machining equipment
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problemsolving skills
