    HR Professional Opportunity (Hybrid - Within the DFW Area)
    Established in 2010, People Performance Resources (PPR) is a comprehensive human capital consulting firm.

    We are trusted HR business partners, delivering a combination of high-level strategic guidance and practical HR expertise to those we serve.

    Our client base comprises small to mid-sized non-profit and for-profit organizations, mostly within the Dallas/Fort Worth area, but we also serve clients throughout the United States and internationally.


    Due to an influx of clients and growth, we seek an additional full-time HR Professional to join our team.


    The ideal candidate can work both independently and collaboratively with our team, delivering personalized service that reflects PPR's dedication to instilling care, trust, and strategic expertise in every interaction.

    Given our status as a full-service Human Capital Consulting firm, we require a candidate with extensive knowledge across all facets of HR.

    This individual must embody versatility, self-discipline, and the capability to handle diverse responsibilities while showcasing a growth mindset.

    Additionally, they should exemplify strong proficiency in influence, communication, sound judgment, and systems thinking to offer comprehensive support to our clients.

    A day in this role's life will encompass strategic initiatives and daily operations.
