Duties:


  • Analyze, modify, and design information technology networks, systems, or facilities.
  • Determine appropriate system, equipment, and network design to efficiently satisfy user needs.
  • Verify or determine extent of systems modification or design required to meet user needs.
  • Provide technical assistance, and attend meetings and briefings related to project assignments. Keeps abreast of stateoftheart technology in the information technology field.

Conditions of Employment:


  • Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Registration.
  • One year trial period may be required.
  • You will be required to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship.
  • This is an Army Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Workforce position.
  • Selectees must meet position requirements for certification at Level Foundational in the Acquisition Career Engineer and Technical Management Field within 36 months of entrance on duty.
  • This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of up to 25% of the time.
  • This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
  • This is a TERM position intended to last for 2 YEARS, May be extended up to 5 Years, or made permanent.
  • Financial Disclosure Statement OGE Form 450 is required on preemployment and annually thereafter.

Education:
