We are originally a construction company and are currently in the process of establishing our own in-house architecture department in Rio Hondo, TX.

Our construction projects include new construction and complete renovations of multi-family homes and single-family homes for private clients.

Our interior design projects consist of smaller apartment renovations or are a result of interior design for apartment buyers and private clients.

Responsibilities:

Managing project phases 13, 5
Currently, the approval planning (phase 4) is mostly outsourced, but we may assist with extensive designs. In the long term, it is possible for us to handle approval planning entirely.
Preparing proposals in coordination with companies we have established longterm relationships with
Assisting with and participating in the bidding process
Detailed planning
Ensuring an optimal construction process
Monitoring performance and costs
Onsite construction supervision
Close coordination with all project stakeholders

Qualifications:

Completed (interior) architecture degree
Ideally 12 years of experience in construction
Excellent ArchiCad skills, preferably on Mac, and proficient in common programs such as Excel and Word
Structured and independent work style
Team and communication skills
Professional demeanor with clients, specialist planners, and companies
