Purpose of Position


The Private Wealth team is responsible for managing Pantheon's relationships with independent wealth management firms, private banks, and family offices.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide investor relations support to existing Pantheon Clients
  • Proactive new business development and lead generation
  • Create/manage/update marketing collateral (presentation, fact sheet, DDQ, customized collateral)
  • Coordinate client/prospect events
  • Provide product management support (board approvals, internal memorandums, pipeline tracking)
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and Pantheon policy (including reporting compliance risks and maintaining appropriate standards of conduct.

Knowledge and Experience Required

  • Business/finance degree
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Expertise in wealth management space
  • Strong relationship building and influencing skills;
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, discretion and judgement;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines/under pressure with minimum supervision;
  • Excellent written and verbal skills;
  • Proficiency with computers and software packages.
  • FINRA Series 7 & 63 required
This role is paying in the region of $125,000 - $140,000 per annum. Alongside Pantheon's wider employment benefits.
