- Maintain a high quality of confidentiality regarding student documentation and services provided.
- Understand and utilize ADA standards and regulations.
- Create opportunities for the college community to learn about DSS.
- Hold intake assessment conferences and enter appropriate data into Accommodate to maintain relevant documentation and student records in compliance with policy and ADA standards.
- Ensure accommodation letters and support are provided to students promptly for all semesters.
- Increase utilization of service within the student population.

General Purpose and Scope of the position:Provide intake, support, and tools for students utilizing Disability Support Services. Coordinate and organize workshops and learning activities for students, faculty, and staff regarding DSS.
Major Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications :
Associate's degree in Office Administration or related field and two years of related experience required. Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, word processing, databases, and spreadsheets. Must have excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
