    Job Title: National Account Support Management Specialist

    Location: Various Locations

    Position Summary:

    Develop and manage long-term relationships with National Account Customers. Responsible for proactively managing accounts for 1 Touch Plus National Account customers and conducting daily audits to prevent security issues.

    Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
    • Perform client care calls to External and Internal customers.
    • Ensure accuracy of data in Mastermind.
    • Coordinate service, and billing of National Account Customers.
    • Prepare formal correspondence in response to customer's questions or concerns.
    • Track statistical information for the department and compile data into reports for management.
    • Establish and maintain good working relationships with National Account Point of Contacts.
    • Conduct communication meetings with customers to ensure clear dissemination of policy changes and updates.
    • Utilize resources daily to manage account activity and support National Account customers.
    • Promote the full range of products and services offered by the company.
    • Work with teams to provide presentations to customers on performance, billing systems, and services.
    • Assist in installations, services, and billing as needed.
    • Perform daily account audits and updates.
    • Resolve customer issues and ensure service calls are completed and billed.
    • Perform all other assigned duties and projects.
    • Position may require mandatory overtime.
    Qualifications:
    • Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of security systems including Closed Circuit Television, Access Control, Burglary, Holdup, Fire Alarm, and Fire Suppression Systems.
    • Skills: Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office, database applications, and presentation skills. Strong communication skills and expertise in customer service.
    • Abilities: Ability to analyze and interpret business documents, write reports and effectively present information. Proficient in mathematical concepts and problem-solving.
    Physical Demands:
    • Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, and talk or hear. Must be able to lift and move objects up to certain weights.
    • Vision abilities required for the job including close vision, color vision, and depth perception.
    • Reasonable accommodations can be provided for individuals with disabilities.
    Work Environment:
    • Moderate noise level in the work environment. Travel may be required to visit customers and branches.
    Minimum Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent with experience in security-related projects. Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Experience in security systems and familiarity with Mastermind.
