RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare legal transfer documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles
Title all loaner vehicles once placed into service
Setup deal jackets for vehicles
Communicate with the business office/management appropriately
Maintain a clean and productive work environment by documentation and supplies organized
Adapts easily to rapidly changing technologies in the automotive industry

The Royal Automotive Group has a unique opportunity within our Back Office for an Experienced Automotive Title Clerk.

The Experienced Automotive Title Clerk is responsible for preparing legal transfer documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles, verifies and makes payoffs on vehicle trade-ins.

While managing their time to follow the proper channels in relaying information to management as necessary per applicable laws.
