    The Clinical Supervisor manages treatment implementation and oversees employees to ensure workplace compliance. They will create assessment and treatment reports to facilitate the delivery of high-quality ABA therapy.

    To fulfill this responsibility, the Clinical Supervisor will meet with supervisees to document progress each month and will conduct monthly clinical observations to monitor the supervisee's skills.

    Integral to the BCBA Clinical Supervisor role is the task of training the client's family to implement similar techniques at home.

    For this, the Clinical Supervisor should be patient and maintain a full understanding of all relevant ABA methodologies.
    the Clinical Supervisor should be comfortable in both center and home environments where behaviors and attitudes shift constantly.
