Description
We are looking for Customer Service Rep in the City of Riverside CA

Full Time, OT when needed

Weekly pay


Pay Rate:
Depends on Experience

Monday thru Friday 8am start time

Resume Required


Job Requirements:

  • Update shop workboard and inhouse schedule for customers and dealers.
  • Update dealers and customers as to progress and status of unit.
  • Review shop work orders with job completion explanation for customer and make them copies.
  • Review shop workloads and orders to match changing priorities ie shoe units, show set up, and sales dept. special requests
  • Research part requests and call back dealers customers with questions
  • Write customer and dealer order forms
  • Route to purchasing all part orders
  • Match and update parts orders when processed order return with purchasing
  • Process warranty authorizations and assist manager with various tasks upon requests
  • Back up receptionist
  • Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirement:

  • Must be able to sit, stand, walk for a long period of time.
  • Must be able to see documents and computer monitor
  • Must be able to hear directions from others
  • Must be able to lift carried 30lbs

Pay:
$ $19.00 per hour
