Your tasks in Shiloh, PA:

  • Monitoring and operating fully automated filling processes
  • Creating daily reports
  • Providing initial training for truck drivers and inspecting trucks according to GGVS regulations
  • Ensuring a safe and compliant loading process
  • Checking and processing shipping orders and creating associated shipping documents
  • Checking and handling customs documents in compliance with legal requirements
  • Receiving, scheduling, and coordinating customer orders for product storage and retrieval
  • General administrative tasks, such as checking and maintaining master data and bookkeeping for transportation modes, including followup.

Our requirements:

  • Successfully completed commercial training, for example as a freight forwarding and logistics specialist
  • Experience in dealing with customers
  • Proficient in using standard computer applications (MS Office)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Confident demeanor, safety awareness, and responsible independent action
  • Willingness to work in a fully continuous shift operation
  • Good German and English skills (spoken and written)
