We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Jewelry Associate to join our team.

As a Jewelry Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and assisting with various tasks related to jewelry sales and stock management.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry items
• Provide product knowledge and information to customers
• Maintain a clean and organized jewelry display area
• Stock inventory and ensure accurate pricing and labeling
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Upsell additional products or services to customers
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the jewelry industry
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish language skills are a plus)
• Knowledge of technical aspects of jewelry sales (e.g., gemstones, metals)
• Ability to work well in a teamoriented environment
• Customerfocused mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately
• Attention to detail for maintaining accurate inventory records

Pay:
$ $21.52 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
