Qualifications:


  • Performs hard surface restoration such as concrete and asphalt finishing work
  • Knowledge of hard surface demolition, repair, restoration, and replacement of hard surfaces such as sidewalk panels, roadways, etc.
  • Knowledge of multiple methods of concrete and asphalt repair and restoration work
  • Knowledge of mixing of concrete and concrete additives
  • Work with hot and cold mix asphalt
  • Work with slurry
  • Manage materials
  • Job planning
  • Maintain safety policies and procedures
  • Other duties may be assigned consistent with job description
  • Experience with concrete restoration required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • OSHA 10 preferred
  • Valid US Driver's license
  • Able to work with mínimal supervision and complete tasks assigned in a timely manner
  • Must be able to wear and work in a 1/2 face respirator when necessary
  • Knowledge of hand tools such as sledgehammers, trowels, concrete saws, and jackhammers

Must be at least 21 years of age to meet Tilson's driving eligibility requirements.
