'Eight-year-old Spanish Mastiff, rescued. Reactive towards other dogs, easily frightened (docile, submissive and evasive with people, but never aggressive) and we do not have a vehicle, so the visit must be done at home. As for the purpose of the visit: update her vaccinations (rabies and any additional ones needed) and give her a general check-up as it has been almost a year since she last saw a veterinarian. Other specific concerns I would like to discuss: frequent vomiting (sometimes several times a day; other times, only once but on consecutive days; on other occasions, only one isolated day - She has been like this for a couple of months and we initially thought it was due to other causes and made appropriate changes, but it has reappeared), severe hyperkeratosis on her paw pads, breathing/snoring while sleeping, and ruling out any mobility issues.
