What to expect:


Do you enjoy interacting with people, love writing, and like to help others? The viewer service offers you diverse tasks where you will directly engage with our audience and their interests, wishes, and opinions.

You will be responsible for all the mail received by the viewer service, mainly from our non-digital audience. In this role, you will represent the diverse program of the BR and the values of public broadcasting. If you would like to work more, you can also support us in answering digital inquiries and phone calls.


Your main tasks include:


  • Responding to viewer inquiries about the program and all productions of BR television and ARDalpha in written form (letters)
  • Independent research for service inquiries and compiling service materials
  • Gathering information from the editorial teams
  • Coordinating responses and response templates with the team leader and editorial teams
  • Maintaining information in team databases

What you bring:


  • You are enrolled as a student (m/f/d) at a university
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well
