NUTEC'S professional staff has a diverse project portfolio including industrial, corporate, institutional, and government facilities.Our Team Focused - Design Driven solutions are provided under direction of an experienced team of project managers that can guide our clients from the initial stages of planning through design, construction, and occupancy.
Additional in-house services include HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, technology, structural, civil, geo-environmental, landscape, and green-building design.We are looking for a recent architectural graduate who is actively pursuing their registration or an architect that recently received their registration.
Responsibilities
This is an ideal opportunity for an individual who takes pride in their ability to take initiative and make things happen.
In this role, you will be responsible for interfacing with our clients, developing schematic and final designs, coordinating with other in-house disciplines, and leading the design efforts for a variety of project types.
The position has the following responsibilities and duties:
- Serve on multiple project teams and work with Project Managers to successfully complete projects
- Develop project designs through all phases of a project
- Interface and coordinate with client representatives
- Oversee the detailing and production of architectural drawing sets, specifications and construction documents
- Coordinate with other design disciplines (structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc.) within the operations of an A/E firm
- Field survey of existing conditions
- Construction Administration activities including submittal reviews, RFI's responses, and field inspections
- Maintain project budgets and schedules as directed by Project Manager
- Perform IBC Code review and establish design criteria
- Prepare AIA Masterspec documents
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree
- 05 years' relevant professional experience
- Graduate actively pursuing registration or a recently registered architect
- Proficient in REVIT
Pay:
$60, $75,000.00 per year
