Wellspring Family Services is hiring full-time Mental Health Therapists in our Morgantown, WV office (newly renovated).Our Therapists provide therapeutic behavioral services and support services to clients based on the assessment of their individual needs according to their treatment plan and diagnosis.

Qualifications:
Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work from an accredited school.
Current WV licensure in the respective fields (LPC, LGSW or higher)
_If unlicensed_, must be willing to enter into the licensure process within the initial three months of employment. _Will consider Master's of Psychology degree_
Three (3) years' experience with at-risk families, preferred.
Valid driver's license
Required to pass a background/CPS check and drug screen
Responsibilities:
Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions including initial and ongoing assessments/treatment planning.
Document all services provided in a timely manner.
Complete prior authorizations for services as needed.
Complete any written information as required by the agency, DHHR, courts, etc.
Coordinate client services with other agency services as needed.
Facilitate the responsibilities of a mandated reporter of child abuse and neglect in accordance with state statutes.
Attend weekly staff meetings and clinical supervision.
Attend agency required trainings such as CPR/FA, CPI, CANS, etc.
Salary:
$50,000 to $62,000 (_based upon licensure and experience)_
