    Job Summary:

    As a Residential Installation Lead, your role involves properly installing home comfort systems (HVAC) in residential homes following our guidelines and regulatory standards. Your focus is on safe practices, quality workmanship, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Position Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Install home comfort systems with quality and efficiency
    • Coordinate with customer care teams for smooth scheduling
    • Complete assignments as needed, including nights and weekends
    • Maintain a valid driver's license and stay updated on industry technology
    • Communicate effectively with managers and customers
    • Guide team members on delivering customer satisfaction
    • Utilize problem-solving skills and support on-call schedules
    • Collaborate with supervisors on skills development

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Demonstrate professional communication skills
    • Possess strong attention to detail
    • Show good time management and problem-solving abilities
    • Work well in a fast-paced and demanding environment
    • Have a neat appearance and strong work ethic

    Education and Experience:

    • Hold Current EPA certification and TDLR License
    • Possess a High School Diploma, GED or certification from a technical school
    • Residential HVAC experience is beneficial
    • Experience with basic split units, warehouse heaters, and package units is a plus

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to handle physical demands of the job efficiently and safely
    • Able to work long hours during peak seasons
