- Perform installations of HVAC equipment, both commercial and residential, ensuring proper sizing, placement, and alignment to meet client specifications and industry standards.
- Install ductwork systems, including fabrication, assembly, and installation, to facilitate efficient airflow and ventilation throughout buildings.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project requirements and timelines, ensuring installations are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Conduct quality assurance checks throughout the installation process to ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installation, ensuring optimal performance and functionality of HVAC systems.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior installers, ensuring adherence to best practices and safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Fill out the simple application.

- TDLR (Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation) certification or equivalent HVAC certification
- Valid EPA Certification

- Must possess tools of the trade required for HVAC installation and repair
- Desired minimum experience of 3 years in the HVAC industry
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
