Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
Optimize designs for conversion, focusing on layout, color schemes, and typography that appeal to our target audience.

Platform Proficiency and Integration:

Integrate designs with marketing platforms to automate and personalize communications.
Continuously update and maintain design templates and assets within these platforms.
Collaborative Campaign Development:
Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute promotions and campaigns.
Provide creative input to enhance campaign effectiveness through visual storytelling and design.

Performance and Analytics:

Monitor the performance of creative assets in campaigns to understand engagement and conversion metrics.
Iterate and optimize designs based on data and feedback from marketing performance.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, specifically with a focus on digital marketing creatives.
Strong understanding of branding, layout, color theory, and typography in digital media.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Detailoriented with an ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
