Job Title:
ULD Repair Technician

Responsibilities:

The ULD Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of Unit Load Devices (ULDs)


Key duties include:

  • Performing maintenance and repairs to aircraft ULDs in accordance with all applicable guidelines and requirements.
  • Understand and execute repair procedures as outlined in the repair manuals, ensuring all repairs comply with the specified guidelines.
  • Consistently meeting minimum productivity goals.
  • Ensuring compliance with FAA policies.
  • Adhering to and enforcing all safety and security guidelines.
  • Prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Working well with others and maintaining composure during peak seasons.
  • Demonstrating effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Working safely and efficiently under time constraints.
  • Installing and removing solid and blind rivets.
  • Cutting and grinding aluminum and Lexan.
  • Removing and replacing components.
  • Using basic hand and power tools.

Qualifications:


  • Must be 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to pass a preemployment drug screen.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
  • Reliable and punctual attendance is an essential function of the position.
  • A valid, clear driver's license.
