We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for our prestigious logistics client in Reeseville, WI. This is a direct hire position.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Organizing sea freight shipments
  • Maintaining and servicing customer relationships
  • Creating freight quotes
  • Handling complaints and damages
  • Preparing shipping documents
  • Assisting with customs clearance

Your profile:
-
Completed training as a merchant (m/f/d) for forwarding and logistics services or similar

  • Indepth knowledge of sea freight and relevant work experience
  • Structured, independent, and reliable work ethic
  • Good English skills
  • Knowledge of international trade (letter of credit processing, customs regulations, Incoterms, etc.)
