Salary
$18/Hour Starting - $18.50 after 90 day probationary period + Sign on bonus. Annual raises based on merit.
Vaccine Incentive & Retention Bonus
90 Day incremental Vaccine & Retention Bonus - Cumulative $1,400 IF you are or become & stay fully vaccinated against Covid-1- at 90 Days - $300
- at 180 Days - $32- at 270 Days - $350

Summary of Duties
Responsible for safe receipt, storage, loading/unloading, order processing, retrieval, and timely dispatch of goods.
Example of Duties
- Completes tasks assigned by Warehouse Manager, supervisors, & team leads such as but not limited to loading, unloading, sorting, picking, stocking, staging, fabrication and transportation of goods.
- Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; labeling bags, packing boxes, or palletizing products; then placing orders in delivery area.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, in bins, or assigned floor space according to organizational standards.
- Maintains inventory controls by ensuring orders are processed quickly and efficiently. Notes any cutting orders, discrepancies, and communicates changes to supervisors and office staff.
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; Sweep, dust and mop. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.
- On a rotating schedule with the other employees, clean the warehouse floors, offices, production rooms, utility room, restroom(s), warehouse cat boxes, company vehicles & equipment, and other areas as assigned.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Warehouse Employee Skills and Knowledge
- Operating a variety of warehouse equipment such as electric and manual pallet jacks, 14foot & 16foot box trucks, and other equipment as necessary.
- Warehouse, inventory control, reporting skills, analyzing information, equipment maintenance, effective communication skills, basic mathematics, record keeping, managing processes and time management. Read, understand, and follow written and oral instructions.
- Having awareness of surroundings to maintain safety of coworkers and self:
- Working on loading docks with 4 foot drop off.
- Loading and unloading 18-wheeler trucks and foot containers
- Performing tasks in warehouse with pallet jacks and forklifts in operation.

Physical Requirements
- Regularly required to use hands, to handle and manipulate products.
- Regularly lift and/or move objects 1075lbs occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh up to 100 lbs.
- Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Ability to make repetitive movements including, but not limited to sealing bags, measuring, cutting filter media, and manually wrapping pallets up to 90" in height.
- Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance
Education and Experience
- Graduation from high school or its equivalency is required.
Special Requirements
- Possession of a valid Indiana driver's license.
- Pass a drug test and background check.
- Fully vaccinated against Covid1

Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
