Job Summary:
Responsible for managing sales activities in retail and mall services departments, ensuring proper stocking, attractive displays, and adequate staffing to meet sales targets and service standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include executing retail and mall services strategies, stocking and displaying merchandise effectively, coordinating stock replenishment, implementing customer relations programs, and supervising sales associates.
Qualifications:
3 YEARS GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience in administrative, clerical, or retail sales roles, demonstrating knowledge of selling floor operations and excellent interpersonal skills.
OR SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR EXPERIENCE: 1 year of academic study above high school may substitute for each 9 months of experience.
AND 1 YEAR SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Progressive experience in merchandise controls, inventory management, supervisory experience, and customer relations.
Candidates must be U.S. citizens or have lived in the U.S. for three years.
