- Utilize Microsoft products for maintaining schedules and providing quotes to customers.
- Prepare quotes for equipment repair time and materials.
- Create quotes, sales orders, invoices, credit memos, and digitally store all necessary documentation for each job.
- Generate Purchase Orders for required parts to repair customer equipment.
- Weekly reconciliation of UPS shipping charges.
- Follow instructions and complete assignments promptly.
- Work independently or in a team setting.
- Adhere to logical step-by-step procedures.
- Perform diverse duties that may vary frequently.
- Communicate work progress with colleagues and customers.
- Send and receive emails for effective communication.
- Pass a drug test and a background check.
- Utilize critical thinking skills for problem diagnosis and resolution.
- Communicate safety regulations to customers.
- Own a cellphone for timekeeping purposes and payment processing.
- Enforce disciplinary actions when necessary.
