As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled Salesforce Admin Data Analyst to join our team and play a key role in optimizing our Salesforce platform, leveraging data, and integrating with other systems to drive business success within the steel industry.

Position Overview:

As a Salesforce Admin Data Analyst, you will be working on a team that is responsible for ensuring the alignment of our Salesforce platform with the unique needs of the steel industry.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments to understand industry-specific requirements, customize Salesforce functionalities, integrate with other systems, and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and configure Salesforce platform to meet the specific needs of various departments within the company
• Develop and implement custom solutions, workflows, and automation processes in Salesforce tailored to steel industry workflows
• Perform data analysis and create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key metrics and KPIs
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather industryspecific requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce
• Provide ongoing support, training, and troubleshooting assistance to Salesforce users
• Stay informed about Salesforce updates, best practices, and new features

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, other related field, or transferrable experience
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration
• Experience with Salesforce integration techniques and tools (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms)
• Experience with Informatica or similar integration platforms
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
• Previous experience working in the steel industry or familiarity with steel manufacturing and distribution processes is a plus
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and extract actionable insights
• Strong problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Selfmotivated and detailoriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning components is a plus.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management principles is preferred
