The Uftring Auto Group consists of eleven automotive franchises at six car dealerships in Peoria, East Peoria, Washington and North Pekin, Illinois.

Responsibilities

Help answer phones some evenings and Saturdays
Develop and master every telephone technique in phraseology and delivery
Keep up to date with company developments
Full understanding of techniques to effectively funnel and schedule solid appointments
Maximize incidental contacts
Achieve and maintain performance standards
Attend department meetings and training
Achieve certifications on the systems
Complete all system paperwork promptly and accurately
Responsible for own generation of prospects sourced from the database
Tracking every contact to sale
Be a good will ambassador for the company by courteous treatment of all customers
Qualifications
Previous customer service experience
Call Center experience is preferred
Good written and phone skills
Ability to handle heavy telephone contact
Must be a quick learner with no fear of change in the workplace
Able to work in a process driven work environment
Selfmotivated, process driven, organized individual

Hours

Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.

Every other Saturday: 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. with a one-hour lunch

Week working Saturday will have wither Wednesday or Thursday off
