Naperville, IL- Hybrid/Flex, 3 days in office/2 days WFH

Provider medical record outreach, monitoring and tracking record receipt. Compile statistical and technical data reports. Review medical records to ensure compliance with established standards. Interpret medical record data or statistical information, as applicable to providers and staff.
