A Behavior Coach is a 1 on 1 therapist, that means that you get to work directly with children to create lasting impact on their lives and build them a better future.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Provide direct 1on1 therapy with a child with autism
  • Teach them skills like better communication, how to interact with others, and daily living skills so they can become more independent and fulfilled
  • Work under a Master level therapist who will provide you with the training plan for each child you work with
  • Communication progress with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties

Qualifications:


  • A highschool diploma
