The municipality of St. Leon-Rot, Rhein-Neckar-Kreis, with approximately inhabitants, is currently seeking a Facility Manager (m/f/d) for the Building Department to start as soon as possible.

Full-time/permanent position

Your responsibilities:

• Responsible for fire protection systems and fire safety requirements in municipal properties
• Instruction and coordination with the caretaker pool and coordination of cleaning staff in public buildings
• Coordination and organization of maintenance of technical and structural systems (servicing) in public properties
• Compliance with legal regulations and permissible values for individual technical systems in building sections as part of the Facility Manager's duties
• Continuous monitoring of building technology to increase usability and reduce operating costs
• Commissioning and management of external companies
• Management, maintenance and safe handling of a CAFM software including user administration (IT-supported real estate management system)
