Nursing professionals for social care in integration assistance as personal assistants (m/f/d) permanent full/part-time (between hours/week) At our three facilities in Siegen and Dreis-Tiefenbach, we offer assistance services for women and men with mental illness as part of integration assistance.

The focus is on providing guidance, support, and assistance to individual clients through a person- and resource-oriented approach for self-determined and responsible life planning.

Are you looking to move away from exhausting nursing work? We primarily work in social care in integration assistance. That's exactly why we need you. Your tasks You will strengthen our team in personal assistance and support clients in achieving their personal goals. You will work together with clients to identify possible resources and assistance needs. As a contact person for people, you will be a facilitator, advisor, and supporter in everyday life. We offer personal and professional training and further education, supervision, and professional advice for handling challenging situations.


Getting started:
We will create an individual training plan with you to support you at the beginning. We facilitate a smooth start in the company with our introductory event.
