Responsibilities:
- Prospect and coldcall potential clients to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' financing requirements and business goals.
- Present and promote our merchant cash advance products and services to prospective clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient processing of transactions and timely funding for clients.
- Provide ongoing support and account management to existing clients, fostering longterm relationships and maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the financial services industry (preferred but not required).
- Strong understanding of merchant cash advance products, alternative lending solutions, or related financial products/services (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Highly motivated selfstarter with a proactive approach to prospecting and sales.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced, resultsoriented environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and maintain accurate records.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
