We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Preschool Director to join our team.

As the Preschool Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our preschool program and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for our students.

Duties:

• Develop and implement curriculum and educational programs that align with state standards and promote the intellectual, social, and emotional development of young children
• Supervise and support teaching staff, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities
• Maintain compliance with licensing regulations and ensure adherence to health and safety protocols
• Manage administrative tasks such as budgeting, enrollment, scheduling, and record keeping
• Foster positive relationships with parents, addressing their concerns and providing regular updates on their child's progress
• Collaborate with community organizations and professionals to enhance the preschool program
• Stay current on best practices in early childhood education and implement innovative teaching strategies

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• MUST have State Certification or initial certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role in a preschool or early childhood education setting
• Strong knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
• Familiarity with state licensing regulations and accreditation standards
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of teachers
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to build positive relationships with parents, staff, and community members
