- Review requests for pricing from clients for a wide variety of signage projects.
- Analyze provided site plans, design intents and contracts for thorough understanding of project.
- Assist with bids for new contracts and supporting activities of buyers.
- Evaluate the equipment, labor and material needed.
- Assess the risk levels associated with a project.
- Request additional information from customers when necessary.
- Provide a detailed cost analysis to Management.
- Monitor, compile and record actual costs at different stages of a project to ensure it stays within estimated costs.
- Establish & maintain relationships with Contractors and Vendors.
- Obtain and review offers and quotes from subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
- Maintain current pricing and lead times for equipment and materials.
- Collaborate with Production, Design, and Project Management on original proposal intent.
- Understanding of production's stock and equipment to utilize on a given project.
- Evaluate and recommend processes and procedures to keep projects most cost effective and profitable.
- Conduct on site surveys when necessary.
- Conduct bid walk throughs with customers when necessary.
