Description

Responsibilities include case managing up to 15 patients, conducting admissions and recertification, being on-call one week out of the month, as well as seeing patients when and if needed.

Minimum 1 year of hospice experience required.


Pay:
$ $68.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Standard shift:

  • Day shift

Supplemental schedule:

  • On call

Weekly schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

  • Los Angeles, CA: Relocate before starting work (required)
