Job Overview:
TRC Services Inc is seeking a dedicated Lead Custodian to oversee our custodial team. We pride ourselves in safety, professionalism, and excellence.

We are looking for a supervisor who can embody these qualities while also completing the following:


  • Supervise and coordinate the work of custodial staff
  • Perform and oversee cleaning tasks such as buffing, waxing, window care, and general maintenance
  • Ensure all areas are clean, sanitized, and wellmaintained
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Train new custodial staff on proper cleaning procedures
  • Inspect facilities and provide reports to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards
  • Work with onsite staff in a professional and courteous manner

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in custodial or janitorial roles, with expertise in industrial cleaning, floor care, and commercial cleaning
  • Strong knowledge of custodial practices and procedures
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects

Pay:
$ $17.25 per hour
