- Baccalaureate Degree in a biological science, chemistry, medical technology, or related field.
- Valid California Clinical Laboratory Scientist license or equivalent.
- ASCP or AAB Board of Registry certification preferred.
- Minimum of one year clinical experience, preferably in Microbiology/Immunology.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in English.
- Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and occasional lifting.
- Ability to use computer equipment and respond to alarms.
- Visual acuity and mobility for patient interaction and equipment use.

What You'll Do:
As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist II (CLS II) at Cedars-Sinai, you will be responsible for conducting a variety of laboratory tests with precision and expertise. Your role involves operating and maintaining lab equipment, ensuring test quality, and accurately reporting results. In addition, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth functioning of the lab while maintaining a high level of sensitivity to the needs of our patients.
